Below you will find my resume. I worked in California as a superintendant from
1988 to 1994, after which I moved to Missouri and have been in business for myself
for the past 14 years as a contractor and I am looking to go out of business and go
back to being a superintendant or designer. My youngest child graduated this year
and is off to college so I have the freedom to travel and work anywhere.

Rough to finish carpentry/cabinetry, concrete (custom forming, flat work and molds), masonry, (stone,brick,block), residenial plumbing and electrical, drywall (hang,tape, finish), painting, roofing, lots of custom designing in all phases including landscaping and specializing in restoration.

Accomplishments: Head of the west coast for remodel and repair of retail stores, all phases. Duties included securing and rebuiding stores at the North Ridge Mall and surrounding areas after the North Ridge earthquake of 1993.

Employed from: November, 1988 - March, 1991
Accomplishments: Tenant improvement superintendent. Stores included Limited, Express, Victoria Secret, Eddie Bauer, Oshmans, Newberry's and other mall type and strip center stores. I also built all the cabinetry for a custom Pet Shop in Beverly Hills. Supervised on a major renovation of a Newbrry's at 5th. and Broadway, downtown Los Angeles. This included structural steel and elevator installation. Working in the Los Angeles area we had to adhere to some of the toughest building codes. This included meeting with inspectors and city plan check with changes.
